Due to the planet's high gravity, he is not very large, but that means he is light on his feet on other planets. He is very intelligent and can speak 7,000 space languages. He competed with [Ginyu](/wiki/Ginyu) for the top spot of the [Coola Armored Corps](/wiki/edit/Coola_Armored_Corps?redlink=1) and is one of the people who know Ginyu's true form. He hails from the same binary star system as [Jheese](/wiki/Jheese) of the [Ginyu Special Force](/wiki/Ginyu_Special_Force).[[1]](#cite_note-1) ## Name Thouser's name is based on the *katakana* transliteration of "[Thousand Island Dressing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thousand_Island_dressing)" (サウザンアイランド・ドレッシング, *Sauzan-Airando Doresshingu*).[[2]](#cite_note-2) ## Production When appropriate, a description of the character's production, including who initially designed the character (if an [anime original character](/wiki/edit/Anime_Original_Characters?redlink=1)), notes about their design or conception, etc. ## Notable Skills A list or description of notable skills or techniques. Following Hayami's replacement in *[Dragon Ball Kai](/wiki/Dragon_Ball_Kai)* (where Zarbon was played then and in all subsequent productions by [Hiroaki Miura](/wiki/edit/Hiroaki_Miura?redlink=1)), Thouser remains Hayami's one occasional *Dragon Ball* role when the character appears in video games. In the [Funimation](/wiki/edit/Funimation?redlink=1) English dub, Thouser was voiced by [Michael Marco](/wiki/edit/Michael_Marco?redlink=1) in his sole role for the *Dragon Ball* franchise.
